From the 2nd to 4th of November, Prof. William Zamora, a former member of our group, visited us. Actually he is working as Full Professor in the School of Chemistry-Faculty of Pharmacy in the University of Costa Rica. He is a close collaborator of the group who is interested in the similar research areas, giving special emphasis in the proper estimation of physiochemical descriptors of drug-like compounds, as well as the role and usefulness of antimicrobial peptides.
